Terms and Conditions for the use of Fair Oak Equestrian Facilities.
Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the owners or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the owners, nor Fair Oak, nor any employee nor any person acting on their behalf, accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators or any other persons or cars and contents or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
The owners of Fair Oak have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone who uses the course. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable care to avoid and prevent accidents occurring, and must obey the rules and instructions from officials.
Hats - BSI Kite marked PAS 015 or BS EN 1384 or ASTM F1163 (with SE1) must be worn at all times when mounted, with the chinstrap fastened. Back protectors (current BETA recommended) must be worn on the Cross Country Course.
No jumping must take place unaccompanied.
All children must be accompanied by an adult
Please report immediately any defects or problems with the jumps.
Please do not muck out horse-boxes on site and please take
all litter home with you.
NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED AT FAIR OAK
ALL HORSE BOXES AND TRAILERS MUST TURN LEFT WHEN LEAVING FAIR OAK AND TRAVEL VIA SOUTH HARTING AT ALL TIMES
