Petersfield Event CANCELLED: It is with regret that we have had to cancel the Petersfield Combined event this weekend due to
the recent wet weather. An inspection took place this Friday morning and whilst no rain is forecast today or tomorrow, in fact it is meant to
be a nice day Saturday, due to the wet weather last weekend plus Wednesday and Thursday the course is very wet. Apart from making a mess
of the course the decision to cancel has been made primarily based on an assessment as to whether the jump judges and most importantly the medical
services including the County Ambulance could access the back park. It was on this matter that the assessment failed and though the weather is sunny
today it was considered highly unlikely that the course would dry out enough for 9am tomorrow. We apologise to all competitors for the inconvenience
this will cause you.
