PLEASE NOTE DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT FAIR OAK AT ANY TIME.

 

CLASS 1          MINI-MINIMUS

This class is only open to Riders aged 14 years and younger.

 

Fences approximately 1’ 5" – 1’ 9"

 

To be split into sections dependent on the number of entries.

All entries must state age of rider on day of the event and whether

either the rider or the horse/pony or both have been placed in top

five of any competition at this height or higher in the last three years.

 

ENTRY FEE £22 PER HORSE/PONY FOR MINI-MINIMUS

 

CLASS 2           MINIMUS

Fences approximately 2’ - 2’ 3"

To be split into sections dependent on the number of entries.

 

All entries must state age of rider on day of the event and whether

either the rider or the horse/pony or both have been placed in top

five of any competition at this height or higher in the last three years.

 

ENTRY FEE £24 PER HORSE/PONY FOR MINIMUS

 

 

CLASS 3        NOVICE

Fences approximately 2’ 6" -2’ 9"

 

To be split into sections dependent on the number of entries.

All entries must state age of rider on day of the event and whether

either the rider or the horse/pony or both have been placed in top

five of any competition at this height or higher in the last three years

CLASS 4        NOVICE PAIRS

                         Fences as Novice Class, one section only

ENTRY FEE £32 PER PAIR

 

CLASS 5          INTERMEDIATE OPEN

Fences Approximately 3’ – 3’ 3"

 

To be split into sections dependent on number of entries.

All entries must state age of rider on day of the event and whether

either the rider or the horse/pony or both have been placed in top

five of any competition at this height or higher in the last three years.

JUDGING

 

Winners will be those with the least number of jumping penalty faults over the cross country and,

thereafter time penalties will be taken into account based on an optimum time on the cross country course

or timed section. (metres per minute per Class will be posted on the day)

LATE ENTRIES (if room) WILL BE ACCEPTED AT £5 EXTRA. ENTRIES ON THE DAY ARE 3`10 EXTRA IS SPACE PERMITS

                  IMPORTANT NOTICE PLEASE NOTE

PLEASE REMEMBER IT IS NOW A REQUIREMENT THAT ALL COMPETITORS MUST WEAR A MEDICAL ARMBAND WHEN COMPETING THE CROSS COUNTRY. FAILURE TO HAVE A MEDICAL ARMBAND AT THE TACK CHECK WILL RESULT IN BEING REFUSED PERMISSION TO START AND NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.
