FAIR OAK CROSS COUNTRY COURSE

Welcome to the home page of the Fair Oak Cross Country Course at Rogate in West Sussex U.K. The course is built over 55 acres of traditional grassland on a sandy soil so the going is generally very good. The course has been greatly modified over the last few years to provide a wide variety of jumps at various heights 1ft 9" through to 3ft 3" and is used by Pony Clubs and Riding Clubs between April through September as well as for our own events. New Jumps are added each year and including the lower field has a full course length up to 2400 metres.

Tuesday 9th February 2010

Our course will reopen depending on the weather around March 25th 2010.

We have now put up our dates for this year and added the schedules available and will be updating this as the other schedules are sent to us.   Click here for Dates for 2010.

We have our Clear Round on Saturday March 27th 2010  Click here for details

We are carrying on the process of adding a number of new jumps over the winter.  Click here to view some photos.

The ditch complex caused a lot of problems at our event in May with only three clears all day but practice rounds

have shown that it is not so difficult with strong riding.

As the complex which is having a number of alternatives added including altering the old barn walls

is completed we will add more photos.
